Police/Criminal Reference Check. (a) The cost of police/criminal reference checks for new hires or employees applying for a new job/position will be borne by the employee. The Employer will pay for the renewal of police/criminal reference checks they require from employees.

  • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract.
