Yard Service Crew Regulations Engineers on yard locomotives will regularly work the same shifts, seniority to govern, except where at present working different shifts by rotation, such practice to continue. Helper or Pusher Service in Connection with Yard Switching Service Engineers ordered for helper or pusher service required to do switching in connection with their daily assignment will be paid yard rates and conditions. Working Within Switching Limits Yard rates and conditions will apply to engineers in work, construction, auxiliary, snow plow, snow spreader or flanger service for a yard tour of duty which is not continuous with road service. Working Within Mile Radius Yard locomotive engineers may be required to perform switching service on the basis of a mile radius from the respective terminal.   • Rate Redetermination after Catastro- phic Damage In event of Catastrophic Damage and ad- justment, if any, of Included Timber, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the catastrophe-caused difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the catastrophe and the appraised unit value of existing and potential Included Timber immediately after the ca- tastrophe. Included Timber is any that would not be elimi- nated under B8.32. Potential Included Timber is any that would be added under B8.32. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of catastrophe shall be adjusted by said differences to be- come the redetermined rates for the purpose of a contract modification under B8.32. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to new Base Rate limitations of 25 cents per hun- dred cubic feet or equivalent. However, existing Base In- dices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Upon agreement under B8.32, redetermined rates and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Catastrophic Damage.   • Recovery of Schedule Delays During Last Sixty Days of Contract Time At any time during the last sixty days of the Contract Time that the Design Professional finds that the Contractor is behind schedule per the Contract Time, as amended, the Design Professional shall notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.

  • How Long Does Warranty Coverage Last? The warranty lasts for a period up to 5 YEARS after the instal- lation date. This warranty period does not continue after the unit is re- moved from the location where it was originally installed. The replacement of a part under this warranty does not extend the warranty period. In other words, Daikin warrants a replacement part only for the period remaining in the war- ranty term that commenced on the installation date. What Xxxx Xxxxxx Do To Correct Problems? Daikin will furnish a replacement part, without charge for the part only, to replace any part that is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials under normal use and mainte- xxxxx. Furnishing of the replacement part is Daikin’s only responsibility under this warranty.
