Points. At the Committee Chairperson’s discretion, one (1) additional member of the Committee (excluding the Chairperson) may receive one (1) additional point for serving as a Methodologist.
Points. For each dollar of Qualifying Purchases charged to your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card, you will be awarded one point. Your points will begin to accumulate following your first Qualifying Purchase. Points are earned once our Choice Rewards Affinity Program Administrator credits them to your Choice Rewards Affinity account in its Choice Rewards Affinity point accounting system (Choice Rewards Affinity Account). We may also award bonus points for certain transactions and/or for promotions (details will be provided with such offers) and such promotional points may take up to 10 weeks to appear. There is no limit to the number of points you may earn. If points are not redeemed, points will expire after six calendar years on December 31. Accumulated points will be redeemed or expire on a first-in, first-out basis. Except for the Cash Rewards option described below, points have no cash or retail value and may only be used to obtain Choice Rewards Affinity as described in this Agreement. Points cannot be sold, attached, or pledged under any circumstance. We have the right to suspend redemption rights of your points in the event there is a dispute between you and us, or between you and a joint owner or authorized user. Points cannot be used to pay any obligation owed to us or any third party, or be used in conjunction with promotions or discounts offered outside of this program. You will not accumulate points for Qualifying Purchases on your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card if it is flagged as Suspended, Lost/Stolen, Over- limit, Past Due, Voluntary Closed, Revoked, or otherwise not in good standing with OneAZ CU. Your Choice Rewards Affinity Account balance may be reduced by any returns, credits or other refunds, charge reversals, chargebacks or other disputes, or point forfeitures resulting from Card Account closure or default, and may be negative if credits for a particular period exceed purchases of goods and services. We will not give you notice of forfeiture. You are not entitled to compensation from us or any other entity when your points expire or are forfeited for any reason.

Points. Bumping Rights: The right to bump a less senior teacher in another academic area may only occur if the teacher has taught within the endorsement for a period equal to the least senior teacher in the certified area. If the Board determines all factors are equal, then seniority will prevail in making the final determination.

Points. A teacher with an evaluation rating of effective or highly effective will receive .67 points. ➢ Any teacher having an evaluation result of “Improvement Necessary” or “Ineffective” will receive no raise. ➢ Any teacher employed on less than a full time basis (1 FTE) shall receive compensation for the two factors of the compensation model on a prorated basis, in proportion to the percentage of one full time equivalent (1 FTE) for which the teacher is employed. ➢ The base salaries of teachers is set forth in Appendix A. ➢ The salary increase awarded to teachers using the performance factors set forth above will be added to their base salaries unless the teacher has reached the maximum base salary of $85,600. Those teachers who have reached this maximum base salary limit will receive the salary increase of $1,600.00. ➢ Teachers receiving a salary increase based on performance factors will not exceed the maximum of $87,200. The amount of Education Fund dollars available for teacher salary increase under the compensation model for 2023-2024 contract is $650,000.00. Redistribution Language Funds otherwise allocated for teachers rated ineffective or improvement necessary will be equally distributed to all teachers rated effective or highly effective as a base salary increase.
