Plurality Clause Examples
The Plurality clause defines how references to plural terms within a contract should be interpreted. It clarifies that words in the singular form include the plural and vice versa, ensuring that contractual obligations and rights apply regardless of whether one or multiple parties, items, or events are involved. This clause prevents ambiguity and potential disputes over interpretation by making clear that the language of the contract is flexible in terms of number, thereby ensuring comprehensive and consistent application of its provisions.
