Plot Plan. The construction drawings must include a Plot Plan designated as such on the drawing and consisting of one sheet only. The Plot Plan serves as the basis for the Site Memorandum. All work shall be sited on the plot plan to scale. In the absence of written consent of the Owner in advance, the Plot Plan shall comply with The Policy.

Plot Plan. Fully dimensioned or drawn to scale with scale indicated on plans. All property boundaries are clearly marked or parcel size shown. Benchmark & north arrow are shown. All setbacks are met as established by code and listed below Legal description of parcel/location information is shown. Any nearby existing septic systems or xxxxx are shown. Ordinary high water mark (OHWM) is referenced if applicable. “All Weather Road” located within 25 feet of tank service manholes is depicted, if not individual site design required. Plot Plan. Buyer shall be provided with a "plot plan" prepared by Seller for the Lot, which will show various information specific to the Lot, such as, but not limited to, the approximate location of utilities and their connection points, easements affecting the Lot, and building setbacks. Without limiting any provision of the Declaration or the Maui Xxxx Village Mixed Use Design Guidelines, the Lot shall be subject to all items shown or referred to on the plot plan, in accordance with the Declaration.
