Institutions reserve the right to remove students from the Commonwealth Commitment program who fail to maintain all eligibility requirements (see Implementation Guidelines). Enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student at a community college. Earn at least 12 college-level credits per semester at one community college. Complete an associate degree within two and a half years of signing the Participation Agreement. If I intend to Transfer to a Massachusetts state university or UMASS campus: Immediately following completion of my associate degree, I must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student. Earn at least 15 college-level credits per semester at one university. I may not attend another college or university in the interim. Complete a bachelor degree within two years of transferring.   • IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS In the event that you believe there has been an error with respect to any original check or image thereof transmitted to the Credit Union for deposit or a breach of this Agreement and Disclosure, you will immediately contact the Credit Union regarding such error or breach as set forth below. • By calling the Credit Union at: 000-000-0000; • By emailing the Credit Union at: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx; or • By writing a letter and sending it to P.O. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within three (3) business days after we finish our investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you assert an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, we will have 20 business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the United States, its possessions and territories, we will have 90 days instead of 45 days to investigate. In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).

  • Right to Refuse Dangerous Work An employee shall have the right to refuse to work in situations, which can reasonably be considered dangerous.

  • Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have their xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact their xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.

  • Right to Have a Xxxxxxx Present (a) An Employee shall have the right to have his/her xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the Employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an Employee for disciplinary purposes the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the Employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the Employee may contact his/her xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken.

  • Identification of Goods Identification of the goods shall not be deemed to have been made until both Buyer and Seller have agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriate to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a Traditional IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent penalty tax. If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your Traditional IRA.

  • Commissioner or Authorized User Contractor further warrants, covenants and represents that any confidential information obtained by Contractor, its agents, Subcontractors, officers, distributors, resellers or employees in the course of performing its obligations, including without limitation, security procedures, business operations information, or commercial proprietary information in the possession of the State or any Authorized User hereunder or received from another third party, will not be divulged to any third parties. Contractor shall not be required to keep confidential any such material that is publicly available through no fault of Contractor, independently developed by Contractor without reliance on confidential information of the Authorized User, or otherwise obtained under the Freedom of Information Act or other applicable New York State laws and regulations. This warranty shall survive termination of this Contract. Contractor further agrees to take appropriate steps as to its agents, Subcontractors, officers, distributors, resellers or employees regarding the obligations arising under this clause to insure such confidentiality.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN AN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT Additional Contractor Terms and Conditions may become part of an Authorized User Agreement in accordance with Section 28 of Appendix B. EMPLOYEE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED BY CERTAIN CONSULTANT CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE CONTRACTORS Civil Service Law § 97 and State Finance Law § 163 establish reporting requirements for maintaining certain information concerning Contract Employees working under State Agency service and consulting Contracts. State Agency consultant Contracts are defined as “Contracts entered into by a state Agency for analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental health and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal, or similar services” (“covered consultant Contract” or “covered consultant services”). The information must be provided to the state Agency awarding such Contracts, OSC, DOB and CS. To meet these requirements, the Contractor agrees to complete:
