Plats. In the event that this Agreement is still in full force and effect and all or any portion of the Purchaser Parcel is platted after the date hereof, any such plat of the Purchaser Parcel shall reference this Agreement and the Easement granted herein.

Plats means the Plats of survey of the Oakton Subdivision of record in Plat Book 34, page 22, and the Plats of survey of the Princeton Oaks Subdivision of record in Plat Book 34, page 249 and Plat Book 34, Page 250, Register's Office of Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee, showing the number of each Lot, location and other data necessary for identification and any new or amended plats added pursuant to this document.
Plats. If a subdivision plat is submitted to City Engineering and it contains an original security, the original security document will need to be transmitted by City Engineering Staff to the City Clerk’s Office and a copy remains with the subdivision plat.

The Landlord agrees that it will join in any plats or replats of the Property, provided that the Landlord incurs no liability by reason of such joinder in plats or replats and the request is reasonable and customary in retail development. The Landlord further agrees that the Landlord will join with the Tenant in the execution and delivery of any easements or dedications for roadway or utility purposes as may be required by the Tenant in connection with its use and development of the Property so long as such request is reasonable and customary in retail development and the Landlord incurs no personal liability by reason of such joinder. Such joinder in plats, replats or easements or dedications will be done by the Landlord promptly upon request by the Tenant.
