PLANTS AND TREES. 15.6.1 The Gwich’in may gather plant material for food, medicine, cultural and other personal purposes and for purposes required in the exercise of wildlife harvesting rights within the park subject to park management plans and to legislation in respect of conservation, publie health, public safety and protection of the environment from significant damage. This right includes the cutting of trees for construction and maintenance of cabins and camps and for fuel.

PLANTS AND TREES. 6.6.1 The Final Agreement will set out the rights, and limitations related to the Harvesting of Plants and Trees by the Acho Xxxx Xxx First Nation in a National Park located wholly or partly within the Acho Xxxx Xxx Settlement Area.
