Plant etc. 11.1 So far as the First Vendor is aware, the plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in the business of the Company are in a reasonable state of repair and condition having regard to their age and use and are in adequate working order and none of such plant etc is out of date or dangerous, or in need of renewal involving expenditure in excess of (BT.PD)100,000 or fails to comply in all material respects with legally binding safety standards.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of each Group Member are in satisfactory working order and have been regularly maintained and are materially in accordance with any safety regulations usually observed in relation to them.

Plant etc. 6.1 The plant and machinery which is necessary to the business of a Group Member and/or the Group as a whole is, so far as the Seller is aware, in a satisfactory and normal state of repair and condition having regard to its age and the use to which it has been put. So far as the Seller is aware, such plant and machinery is validly owned by the Group or used pursuant to a valid license, in each case free and clear of any Encumbrance.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of the Company have (where appropriate) been regularly serviced and maintained and the Vendors are not aware that any such plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment is not in a good and safe state of repair and condition and in satisfactory working order.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used by the Company for the purposes of the business of the Company so far as the Seller is aware are in satisfactory working order and are capable of being used for the purposes for which they are currently being used by the Company.
