Plant Control System. Plant control system to operate the plant in a safe and efficient manner including: • Hardware and software needed to automate the following processes as indicated in P&IDs • Truck loading/unloading • Tank level monitoring • Blender loading, sequencing, recirculation, heating, cooling, unloading • Reactor loading, sequencing, heating, cooling, vacuum, unloading • Finishing tank loading, sequencing, filtering, heating, cooling, unloading • Drum/bin filling for reactor area only • Transfer line pigging • Caustic process operation • Utilities operation and monitoringReport generation of batch history, tank inventories, alarms, etc. • Software safety interlocks • 3 Remote HMI’s – 2 in new building, 1 in truck unloading • Training of two Owner personnel to maintain hardware and modify programming. • Participate in safety review of software when complete.
Plant Control System. The Contractor shall ensure that the plant control system meets the applicable project specifications and is generally in accordance with ISA standards. The control system shall be a fully integrated microprocessor-based system in a functionally distributed architecture consisting of redundant processors. The control system shall be programmed to perform specific control, data acquisition, alarming, shutdown, reporting, and other operational tasks. The GE control system controls the shutdown of the CTGs and STG. The processing units shall communicate with the operator CRT consoles, input/output cabinets, and control systems work stations, combustion and steam turbine/generator control systems, and other control subsystems via redundant data highways and/or data links. Where necessary, communication with the third party control systems (such as combustion and STGs, demineralizer, etc.) shall be simplex (not redundant).
Plant Control System. The central plant will be controlled by a direct digital control system (DDC). The DDC control system is based on a central chilled water plant serving all customers from the central chilled water plant. The DDC control system will allow the central chilled water plant to operate in automatic mode, or allow the operator to operate selected equipment manually. The DDC control system will monitor each system for faults, provide warning alarms, and initiate shutdowns as required to protect the safety of the operating staff and to minimize damage to the equipment. The DDC control system also will collect, calculate, and store data pertaining to the energy produced or consumed at the central chilled water plant. The DDC control system will also be used to collect and store energy consumed values for billing purposes from each of the Customers receiving chilled water service.

  • Control Areas Tenant shall be allowed to utilize up to its pro rata share of the Hazardous Materials inventory within any control area or zone (located within the Premises), as designated by the applicable building code, for chemical use or storage. As used in the preceding sentence, Tenant’s pro rata share of any control areas or zones located within the Premises shall be determined based on the rentable square footage that Tenant leases within the applicable control area or zone. For purposes of example only, if a control area or zone contains 10,000 rentable square feet and 2,000 rentable square feet of a tenant’s premises are located within such control area or zone (while such premises as a whole contains 5,000 rentable square feet), the applicable tenant’s pro rata share of such control area would be 20%.

  • Access Controls a. Authorized Access - DST shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • Standard Operating Procedures Over approximately the past eight years, the Parties have been supplying select Products to one another for use in the operation of their respective businesses within the United States of America, Canada and Mexico. The Parties developed and been following certain standard operating procedures in connecting with, among other topics, forecasting, production planning, ordering, delivering and resolving claims on the Products supplied to one another (the “Current SOPs”). The Parties will be updating their respective business systems over the next six months, and the updates to these business systems will require the Parties to modify the Current SOPs. Once the Parties have completed the updates to the business systems and agreed on the necessary modifications to the Current SOPs, the Parties will sign a written amendment to this Agreement appending the updated standard operating procedures (the “Updated SOPs”). Until the Parties have signed a written amendment appending the Updated SOPs, the parties will continue to follow the Current SOPs. The Parties will comply with the applicable SOPs in connection with the purchase and sale of products identified in a Purchase Schedule. The Parties may add terms and conditions to, and amend the terms and conditions of, the SOP in a Purchase Schedule, but any additional and amended terms and conditions in a Purchase Schedule supplementing and modifying the SOP will only apply the specific products identified in that Purchase Schedule for its duration.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Landlord shall furnish to the Premises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) in accordance with the Design Standards set forth in Exhibit D during Ordinary Business Hours. Landlord shall have access to all air-cooling, fan, ventilating and machine rooms and electrical closets and all other mechanical installations of Landlord (collectively, “Mechanical Installations”), and Tenant shall not construct partitions or other obstructions which may interfere with Landlord’s access thereto or the moving of Landlord’s equipment to and from the Mechanical Installations. No Tenant Party shall at any time enter the Mechanical Installations or tamper with, adjust, or otherwise affect such Mechanical Installations. Landlord shall not be responsible if the HVAC System fails to provide cooled or heated air, as the case may be, to the Premises in accordance with the Design Standards by reason of (i) any equipment installed by, for or on behalf of Tenant, which has an electrical load in excess of the average electrical load and human occupancy factors for the HVAC System as designed, or (ii) any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by, for or on behalf of Tenant. Tenant shall install, if missing, blinds or shades on all windows, which blinds and shades shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, and shall keep operable windows in the Premises closed, and lower the blinds when necessary because of the sun’s position, whenever the HVAC System is in operation or as and when required by any Requirement. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord and shall abide by the rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC System. Tenant acknowledges that the server room in the Premises currently has three heat pumps installed, being two 4-ton units, and one 2.5-ton unit (the “Existing Heat Pumps”). The 2.5-ton unit is currently connected and operational. Tenant shall determine whether it is satisfied with the condition of the Existing Heat Pumps and Landlord shall not have any responsibility or liability for the condition, operation, maintenance, repair or replacement of the Existing Heat Pumps. Tenant may operate the Existing Heat Pumps. Tenant shall be responsible for, and pay directly for, all necessary maintenance and repairs to the Existing Heat Pumps. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord monthly for the cost of all utility services used to operate the Existing Heat Pumps within 10 Business Days after receipt of Landlord’s invoice for such amount. Landlord may measure Tenant’s usage of such utility services by either a sub-meter or by other reasonable methods such as by temporary check meters or by survey. Tenant, at its cost, may replace the Existing Heat Pumps with one or more new heat pumps, provided, however, that the capacity of such replacement heat pump(s) shall not exceed the 10.5-ton capacity cooling capacity of the Existing Heat Pumps.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.
