Plant Closure/Technological Change. In the event of a full or partial plant closure for any reason, including technological change as described in Clause 18.2, the effected employee shall in addition to any notice requirements as may be applicable under the Employment Standards Act and/or the Labour Relations Code, be entitled to severance pay upon termination of their employment of one (1) week's pay for each completed year of service from their most recent date of permanent hire to a maximum of twenty (20) weeks' pay.

  • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate PNG’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. PNG shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
