Plans and Drawings. Notwithstanding the Article IV of the CONTRACT for the VESSEL, the plans and drawings submitted or to be submitted to and approved or to be approved by the buyer for the BUILDER’s Hull No. 2748 shall apply automatically to the VESSEL. Therefore, no further separate approval procedures of the plans and drawings shall be necessary for the VESSEL under the CONTRACT except where changes to the rules and regulations and any other agreed modifications necessitate changes to the plans and drawings of the BUILDER’s Hull No. 2748.

Plans and Drawings. (a) Builder shall submit three (3) hard copies and a copy in electronic format of all plans and drawings for which Buyer’s approval is required in accordance with the Specifications, and shall also submit such other technical information as Buyer shall reasonably require, to Buyer, with three (3) copies to Charterer, each at its address as set forth in Clause 19 hereof. (b) Builder shall comply with Buyer’s remarks and amendments (if any) on plans and drawings submitted pursuant to this Clause, if such remarks or amendments are not of such a nature or extent as to constitute modifications of the Specifications. (c) In the event that Buyer shall fail to return the plans and drawings to Builder within the time limit as hereinabove provided, such plans and drawings shall be deemed to have been automatically approved without any comment unless Buyer has requested in writing an extension of the deadline to submit its comments and in such instance Buyer shall have a further three (3) days from the date of such request to submit its comments. If Buyer’s comments on the plans and drawings that are returned to Builder by Buyer are not clearly specified or detailed, then Buyer shall, within six (6) days after receipt of Builder’s written request, clarify such comments. (d) Builder shall: (i) ensure that the Classification Society provides Buyer and Charterer with copies of all technical correspondence between the Classification Society and Builder; and (ii) provide Buyer and Charterer with copies of all technical correspondence between the licensor of the containment system and Builder, in each case related to the construction of the Vessel. Plans and Drawings. 25.1 In the event the bid is accepted the contractor shall have to supply 5 copies of detailed design of units and structural design calculations with drawings showing plan, cross-section, elevations, mechanical equipments clearly to the complete satisfaction of the Employer and within a reasonable time fixed by the Employer. 25.2 The Contractor shall submit the following information, in 5 copies to the Engineer-in-charge for approval within the time stipulated against each item below: (a) a general layout plan of construction plant and equipment for the execution of the work, within 30 days from the date of notice to proceed with the work; (b) drawings or plan showing the location of major plants and other facilities which he proposes to put up at the site, including any changes in the general layout, at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the respective work; and (c) any other details and drawings as required under contract at the times specified in the contract. Plans and Drawings. As soon as possible following the execution and delivery of this Lease, Landlord and Tenant shall complete a Space Plan for the Premises (the "Space Plan"). Following approval of the Space Plan by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant for Tenant's approval working drawings consisting of a floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevations, electrical plan, door schedule and finish schedule for the Premises (the "Working Drawings"), which Working Drawings shall be consistent with the Space Plan. The Working Drawings as finally approved by Tenant are referred to as the "Final Plans", and the improvements to the Premises shown in the Final Plans are sometimes referred to herein as the "Landlord's Work". Following approval of the Final Plans, Landlord shall obtain all permits and approvals and construct or modify the improvements to the Premises in accordance with the Final Plans, in a first-class workmanlike manner, and charge the Tenant Improvement Allowance for an amount equal to the costs incurred by Landlord in constructing the improvements, including, without limitation, Landlord's actual cost of the work performed and materials provided, architectural fees, engineering fees, mechanical costs, structural costs, electrical costs, construction management fees (not to exceed five percent (5%) of the total cost), permit fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and any increased costs incurred by Landlord as a result of any changes to the Final Plans requested by Tenant or any delay caused by Tenant (collectively, "Construction Costs"). Tenant shall pay or reimburse Landlord within five (5) days after Landlord's request for any Construction Costs in excess of the Tenant Improvement Allowance incurred by Landlord in constructing the improvements in accordance with the Final Plans, and Landlord shall have no obligation to proceed with construction until such excess Construction Costs are received.
Plans and Drawings. All plans, drawings, specifications, technical data, designs, computer programs, reports or other information (hereinafter referred to as “data”) produced by Supplier in tangible form in the performance of the Work to be provided under the Contract, will be the property of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Supplier will be provided with copies of the data for its own use as may be required in the ordinary course of its business. To the extent that it is not able to provide “as-built” drawings, plans and specifications, Lessee shall instead provide AFRH with the corresponding construction drawings, plans and specifications in ACAD format on CDs or DVDs.
