Plans and Drawings. Notwithstanding the Article IV of the CONTRACT for the VESSEL, the plans and drawings submitted or to be submitted to and approved or to be approved by the buyer for the BUILDER’s Hull No. 2748 shall apply automatically to the VESSEL. Therefore, no further separate approval procedures of the plans and drawings shall be necessary for the VESSEL under the CONTRACT except where changes to the rules and regulations and any other agreed modifications necessitate changes to the plans and drawings of the BUILDER’s Hull No. 2748.

(i) Quality Control Programs
Plans and Drawings. As soon as possible following the execution and delivery of this Lease, Landlord and Tenant shall complete a Space Plan for the Premises (the "Space Plan"). Following approval of the Space Plan by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant for Tenant's approval working drawings consisting of a floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevations, electrical plan, door schedule and finish schedule for the Premises (the "Working Drawings"), which Working Drawings shall be consistent with the Space Plan. The Working Drawings as finally approved by Tenant are referred to as the "Final Plans", and the improvements to the Premises shown in the Final Plans are sometimes referred to herein as the "Landlord's Work". Following approval of the Final Plans, Landlord shall obtain all permits and approvals and construct or modify the improvements to the Premises in accordance with the Final Plans, in a first-class workmanlike manner, and charge the Tenant Improvement Allowance for an amount equal to the costs incurred by Landlord in constructing the improvements, including, without limitation, Landlord's actual cost of the work performed and materials provided, architectural fees, engineering fees, mechanical costs, structural costs, electrical costs, construction management fees (not to exceed five percent (5%) of the total cost), permit fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and any increased costs incurred by Landlord as a result of any changes to the Final Plans requested by Tenant or any delay caused by Tenant (collectively, "Construction Costs"). Tenant shall pay or reimburse Landlord within five (5) days after Landlord's request for any Construction Costs in excess of the Tenant Improvement Allowance incurred by Landlord in constructing the improvements in accordance with the Final Plans, and Landlord shall have no obligation to proceed with construction until such excess Construction Costs are received.

If Landlord reasonably disapproves the Space Plan because of a Design Problem, Landlord shall return the Space Plan to Tenant with Landlord’s specific requested changes noted thereon. Tenant shall revise and resubmit the Space Plan to Landlord and Landlord shall approve or disapprove such revised Space Plan if a Design Problem exists within five (5) business days of receipt. After Landlord’s approval of the Space Plan, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord for Landlord’s approval working drawings consisting of a floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevations and electrical plan (the “Working Drawings”), which Working Drawings shall be consistent with the Space Plan. Tenant shall obtain all permits and approvals necessary for all of the Tenant Improvements and construct and install all Tenant Improvements within the Premises using Tenant’s Contractor in accordance with all applicable Laws and the Final Plans, in a first-class and workmanlike manner. In the event Tenant needs to make changes to the Final Plans, Tenant shall submit all Material Change Orders to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, which approval shall be given or denied (and if denied, only if a Design Problem exists and specifying the reasons for denial) within three (3) to five (...
Plans and Drawings. 25.1 In the event the bid is accepted the contractor shall have to supply 5 copies of detailed design of units and structural design calculations with drawings showing plan, cross-section, elevations, mechanical equipments clearly to the complete satisfaction of the Employer and within a reasonable time fixed by the Employer.
