Common use of Planning applications Clause in Contracts

Not without the prior written consent of the Landlord and the Superior Landlord to make any application for any consent under the Planning Acts but if such application is for consent to do anything which the Tenant is permitted to do under this Lease (or where the approval of the Landlord or the Superior Landlord is first required) and the Landlord and the Superior Landlord has approved the doing of that thing such licence shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed by the Superior Landlord also
