PLANNING ACT CONDITION. This offer is conditional upon the Vendor obtaining, prior to Closing, compliance with the subdivision control provisions (Section 50) of the Planning Act (Ontario), which compliance shall be obtained by the Vendor at its sole expense, on or before Closing.

The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.
