Plan Supplement. 20. The Plan Supplement complies with the Bankruptcy Code and the terms of the Plan, and the filing and notice of such documents are good and proper in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Rules, and the Complex Case Procedures and no other or further notice is required. All documents included in the Plan Supplement are integral to, part of, and incorporated by reference into the Plan. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Debtor reserves the right to alter, amend, update, or modify the Plan Supplement before the Effective Date, subject to compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Bankruptcy Rules.
Plan Supplement. All exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement are incorporated into and are a part of the Plan as if set forth in full in the Plan. To the extent any exhibit or document in the Plan Supplement is inconsistent with the terms of the Plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan Supplement document or exhibit shall control (unless stated otherwise in such Plan Supplement document or exhibit or in the Confirmation Order).
Plan Supplement. Any and all exhibits or schedules not filed with the Plan shall be contained in a Plan supplement and filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court at least ten days prior to the Confirmation Hearing. Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during regular court hours. Holders of Claims or Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to the Debtor or the Creditors’ Committee in accordance with Section 15.8 of the Plan.

To the extent any exhibit or document is inconsistent with the terms of the Prepackaged Plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the non-exhibit or non-document portion of the Prepackaged Plan shall control.
Plan Supplement. All exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement are incorporated into and are a part of the Plan as if set forth in full in the Plan. The documents contained in the Plan Supplement will be available online at xxx.xxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Holders of Claims or Equity Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to counsel to the Debtor. The Debtor reserves the right, in accordance with the terms hereof, to modify, amend, supplement, restate, or withdraw any part of the Plan Supplement after they are filed and will promptly make such changes available online at xxx.xxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Plan Supplement. A draft form of the Plan Documents to be entered into as of the Effective Date and any other appropriate documents shall be contained in the Plan Supplement and filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court ten days prior to the Confirmation Hearing. Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan Supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during normal court hours.
