Plan Revision. In the event that Tenant requests in writing a revision in the plan or in any other plans hereafter approved by Tenant, then provided such change request is acceptable to Landlord, Landlord shall advise Tenant by WRITTEN CHANGE ORDER of any additional cost and/or Tenant Delay (as defined below) such change WOULD CAUSE. Tenant shall approve or disapprove such change order in writing within two (2) days following its receipt. Tenant's approval of a change order shall not be effective unless accompanied by payment in full of the additional cost, if any, of the tenant improvement work resulting from the change order. It is understood that Landlord shall have no obligation to interrupt or modify the tenant improvement work pending Tenant's approval of a change order. All Tenant Improvement work, including the delivery, storage and removal of materials, shall be scheduled through and shall be subject to the reasonable supervision of Landlord, and shall be performed in accordance with any reasonable conditions or regulations imposed by Landlord including, without limitation, payment on demand of an administrative fee of five percent (5%) of the cost of the work of the Tenant Improvement to Landlord for supervision and administrative costs.
Plan Revision. The Fish Managers shall be responsible for revision of the Phase II Plan as appropriate and pursuant to the same process used for the initial plan.

  • Profit Sharing Plan Under the Northrim BanCorp, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”), Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual profit share based on performance as defined by the Board of Directors. Executive will be classified in the Executive tier under the Plan’s Responsibility Factors. If Employer is required to prepare an accounting restatement due to “material noncompliance of the Employer,” the Employer will recover from the Executive any incentive compensation during the three (3) years prior to the date of the restatement, in excess of what would have been paid under the restatement. Executive’s signature on this Agreement authorizes Employer to offset or deduct from any compensation Employer may owe Executive, any excess payments (in whole or in part) that Executive may owe Employer due to such restatement(s).

  • Annual Plan On or before November 1 of each calendar year during the Term, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner for its approval a proposed annual plan for the promotion, operation, leasing, repair and maintenance of the Project for each calendar year (the "Proposed Annual Plan"). For purposes of this Agreement, a "Fiscal Year" shall mean a calendar year beginning on the first day of January and ending on the last day of December.   • Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP.
