Plan Requirements. Office check plans shall include traffic signalization details, traffic signing details, pavement marking details, incidental drainage, construction phasing details (when applicable), construction traffic control details, and all other necessary construction de- tails required for the PROJECT. The PROJECT'S plans and proposed special provisions shall address the requirements included in the City's Administrative Regulation 6.5, "Cleanup, Res- toration or Replacement Following Construction."

Landlord’s approval of the plans, drawings, specifications or other submissions in respect of any work, addition, alteration or improvement to be undertaken by or on behalf of Tenant shall create no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design sufficiency or compliance with requirements of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, board or authority.

Xxxxxxxx’s approval of the plans, drawings, specifications or other submissions in respect of any work, addition, alteration or improvement to be undertaken by or on behalf of Tenant shall create no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design sufficiency or compliance with requirements of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, board or authority. Tenant shall provide a full set of as-builts upon final completion of construction of each applicable Phase Premises.
Plan Requirements. At all times on or prior to the Closing, each Benefit Plan, to the extent such Benefit Plan is intended to be tax-qualified, satisfies in all material respects all minimum coverage, minimum participation and non-discrimination requirements, if any, imposed on such Benefit Plan by the applicable terms of the Code and ERISA.

It is agreed that the Company and the Union accept the principle that an incentive plan must provide the opportunity for an individual or a crew to earn at a level above that of a fair day's pay. It is further understood that an incentive plan must meet all of the following requirements.

All plan submissions to the ARB shall include the site layout, exterior elevations, exterior materials and colors, landscaping, all existing trees measuring three (3) inches or more in diameter at breast height (DBH), drainage, lighting, irrigation, and other features of the proposed construction, as required by the Guidelines and as applicable. For the transition period 2016- 2017 school year through the 2019-2020 school year the rating will be determined as follows: Student performance on state assessments or locally selected measures of student achievement that are determined to be rigorous and comparable across classrooms. Multiple measures of effective teaching practice aligned with the state's teaching standards. The measures have been established locally through collective bargaining. An APPR is required by law to be a significant factor in employment decisions including, but not limited to: retention, tenure determination, termination, supplemental compensation and professional development. However, regardless of any APPR, the District retains the right to terminate probationers for lawful reasons other than classroom performance. The Hempstead UFSD ("District") will adopt an APPR plan by July 1 of each year if an annual plan is adopted or, if a multi-year plan is adopted, on July 1 of each appropriate year. The District will submit the plan, on a form prescribed by the State Education Commissioner ("Commissioner"), to the State Education Department ("SED") for approval. Should the plan be rejected, any deficiencies that are subject to negotiations pursuant to the Xxxxxx Law will be addressed through collective bargaining, and the plan resubmitted. 2016 There will be a joint labor-management advisory APPR Committee ("APPR Committee"), which will assist the District by making recommendations regarding APPR Plan implementation and revisions. A majority of the members of the Committee will be appointed by the President of the Hempstead Classroom Teachers Association ("HCTA" or "Association"). This Committee will be responsible for reviewing the policies and procedures related to the APPR. Either the District or the HCTA may request that the joint committee review specific aspects of the APPR Plan. Any changes to the evaluation procedures of teachers recommended by the APPR Committee would only be effective upon mutual written agreement of the HCTA and the District., This APPR plan will remain in effect for the 2016-17 school year. The agreement will remain in effect if it is not modified by the parties prior to March 1 of any school year.

Plan Requirements. At retirement, as per Article X, Section D of the contract, all eligible members of this contract may deposit unused accumulated sick days (as per the approved rate) into an employee account in an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) approved 403B plan. The employee will then determine how the money is to be distributed. It is a requirement of the plan that all eligible members of this contract participate in the plan.
