PLAN ENTRY DATE. (1.24). "Plan Entry Date" means the Effective Date and (Choose one of a. through d.):
PLAN ENTRY DATE. The Plan Entry Date is the date when an employee may commence participation in the Plan once the Service Period Requirement has been satisfied. The Plan Entry Date will be Same as the underlying medical plan. A separate entry date for an HRA may be imposed as set forth in Item 9.

PLAN ENTRY DATE. The first March 1 after the Eligible Employee becomes eligible as a result of new employment or promotion, or, in the case of an Eligible Employee who is listed on Schedule A attached to and incorporated into this Plan, the date identified as the Eligible Employee's Plan Entry Date on Schedule A.
