Common use of Plan Design Clause in Contracts

Plan Design. For Plan Years beginning on and after January 1, 2015, coverage options, limits and all other Long Term Disability Plan design elements and features will be the same as determined by the Company in its sole discretion for non- bargaining unit employees.
