Plan D a. Bus Aides and School-Age Child Care Aides may purchase the insurance benefits provided for bargaining unit members within the Departments of Office Personnel and Paraprofessionals at the group rate determined by the insurance carrier(s) provided such insurance carrier(s) allows such purchase. The purchase of such benefits shall be made by payroll deduction.
Plan D. I/We will not participate in the SCRIP program and will not participate in fund raising, therefore, increase my tuition by $1,250.00 per family. Any family not completing the required Service Work Hours (40) will be required to pay plan D. I/We understand the fact that incomplete Service Work Hours and/or SCRIP purchase will be prorated and added to my final billing statement. I/We understand and agree to the terms set forth in this tuition agreement. The School/Parent Handbook, and /or other official school or diocesan publication.
