Plan Conditions. (i) the Agreed Plan shall have been approved by creditors at a GMC without any material changes, provided, however, that, if such a change to the Agreed Plan is made, each Investor that has not terminated this SRC Agreement with respect to such Investor pursuant to its termination right under Section 12(b) hereof within 30 calendar days of due notice of change having been provided by the Debtors to the Investors, then such Investor shall be deemed to have waived this condition;
