Plaintiffs. Counsel may seek intervention from the Court only after all efforts for resolving the dispute with the assistance of the Settlement Judge have been unsuccessful. Plaintiffs agree they shall not file a motion for contempt. The Court may not entertain a motion for contempt and the Court may not grant any remedial relief in the nature of a contempt of court finding against Defendants. If Plaintiffs prevail on their claim of non-compliance, the sole remedy shall be specific performance of this Agreement.
