Placement Opportunities. USC shall identify prospective Candidates to the School/District for potential placement within the School/District, including assignment to a school-site supervisor of record. USC shall supply the Candidate’s name, relevant program and background clearance information and type of assignment appropriately matching the prospect's needs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the School/District shall at all times have discretion over the maximum number of Candidates it shall accept as School Counselor Students, the length of assignments, and the distribution of assignments.
