Placement on Grid. H.1.4.1 For newly-hired Permanent Contract Employees who have not previously been employed by the Employer, prior relevant experience for each acceptable year will be considered up to the Category maximum in accordance with the salary steps in Appendix A. An acceptable year of experience shall be defined as one (1) year of full-time employment which may be accumulated through part-time employment to the maximum set out in Article H.1.4.2.1. Relevant experience and employment is verified with an acceptable professional agency or organization.
