Placement of Advertisement a. The Authority may place the advertisement inside and outside the Buses at designated slots ascribed , such that it does not obstruct any safety, advisory or other mandatory information.
Placement of Advertisement. The Operator may place the advertisement inside and outside the Buses at designated slots described, such that it does not obstruct any safety, advisory or other mandatory information. The Operator may place the advertisement on the boundary wall of the Maintenance Depot or any other slot identified by the Authority. The Operator shall be entitled to appropriate entire revenue generated from the display of advertisements on the Buses and at the Maintenance Depot. User Fare On and from the COD till the Transfer Date, the Authority or a third party nominated by the Authority (“Authority Nominated Personnel”) shall have the right to demand, collect and appropriate User Fare from the Users in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority or Authority Nominated Personnel shall, in accordance with Clause 16.9.1 above, provide conductors for collection of ticket revenue, every day prior to commencement of operations for the day, either at the Maintenance Depot or at a specified location and on the time decided by the Authority. In the event the conductor does not report on time or remains absent, the Operator shall immediately inform the Authority’s Representative, who shall provide a replacement. The Operator acknowledges and agrees that upon payment of User Fare to the Authority or the Authority Nominated Personnel, any User shall be entitled to use the Buses and the Operator shall not place, or cause to be placed, any restriction on such use, except to the extent specified in any Applicable Law, Applicable Permits or the provisions of this Agreement. It is clarified that the Authority or Authority Nominated Personnel shall collect User Fare from passengers prior to boarding the Bus and the Operator shall have the right to refuse entry to passengers refusing payment of the User Fare. The Operator and its employees shall always extend courtesy while interacting with public.

  • Advertisement Each Lender and each Credit Party hereby authorizes MCF to publish the name of such Lender and Credit Party, the existence of the financing arrangements referenced under this Agreement, the primary purpose and/or structure of those arrangements, the amount of credit extended under each facility, the title and role of each party to this Agreement, and the total amount of the financing evidenced hereby in any “tombstone”, comparable advertisement or press release which MCF elects to submit for publication. In addition, each Lender and each Credit Party agrees that MCF may provide lending industry trade organizations with information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements after the Closing Date. With respect to any of the foregoing, MCF shall provide Borrowers with an opportunity to review and confer with MCF regarding the contents of any such tombstone, advertisement or information, as applicable, prior to its submission for publication and, following such review period, MCF may, from time to time, publish such information in any media form desired by MCF, until such time that Borrowers shall have requested MCF cease any such further publication.
