Placement Assistance. The Employer, with the Association, shall select a placement consultant and provide placement services and assistance to any ASF Member who is given notice of layoff and who requests such service.

The Agency agrees to assist in locating suitable employment for bargaining unit employees who are displaced as a result of contracting out, including: giving consideration for vacant positions for which they are qualified within RD - Colorado in accordance with Agency policies and procedures; and submitting their names to the Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) and the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) programs, as applicable.
