Contracts Concerning Use of Project The Recipient agrees that during the Agreement Term it will not contract with any Private Person for use of the Project or any portion thereof or the facility or facilities of which the Project is a part for any Private Business Use unless all of the conditions of subparagraph F.3.a., subparagraph F.3.b. or subparagraph F.3.c. are met:
Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.

Use of PTO 10.5.1 PTO may be used as soon as it is earned, up to the amount accrued in the pay period immediately preceding the time off, in accordance with the provisions of this Article. Use of Private Vehicles Whenever practicable, State-owned or contracted vehicles shall be made available to ASF Members required to travel on behalf of the Employer. The Employer may elect to allow ASF Members to utilize personal vehicles on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the mileage resulting at the rates provided under the travel regulations. Except for emergency circumstances, or when defined by the Employer as a condition of employment, an ASF Member shall not be required to use a personal vehicle for university purposes.
Use of Project Issuer does hereby covenant and agree that it will not take any action during the term of this Agreement, other than pursuant to Article IX of this Agreement or Article IX of the Indenture, to interfere with Company's ownership of the Project or to prevent Company from having possession, custody, use and enjoyment of the Project.

Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.
Use of District Facilities 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association.
