Place of Rental Payments. The rents provided for in Section 5.3 and the interest on delinquent rents shall be paid directly to the Trustee for the account of the Board and will be deposited in the Bond Fund. The other payments provided for in Section 5.3 shall be paid directly to the Trustee for its own use or for disbursement to any other paying agent, as the case may be.
Place of Rental Payments. The Basic Rent provided for in Section 5.3(a) hereof, shall be paid directly to the Holder for the account of the Issuer in the manner provided in the Bond or in the Bond Resolution for the payment of Debt Service on the Bond. The Additional Rent provided for in Section 5.3(b)(ii) hereof and any interest on late payments thereof shall be payable directly to the Holder.
