E Successful Bidder E1 Within 10 days after the closing date of the posting (includ- ing December), the installation head shall post a notice stat- ing the successful bidder and the bidder's seniority date. The senior qualified bidder meeting the qualification stand- ards established for that position shall be designated the "successful bidder." E2 The successful bidder must be placed in the new assign- ment within 15 days except in the month of December. E3 Normally, an employee shall work the duty assignment for which the employee has been designated the successful bidder. However, when an employee is moved off the em- ployee's duty assignment, the employee shall not be re- placed by another employee. Place of Posting. The Employer agrees to post on an appropriate bulletin board the registers of eligible employees when such registers are established.

Place of Posting. 2.1 Your initial place of posting shall be at Bengaluru, Karnataka. However, your services are transferable to any other another place either in existence now or which would come into existence henceforth. You may be transferred within India or outside India to serve the Company or any of Company affiliates. You may be transferred to any of Company’s or its affiliates existing offices or locations anywhere or to any of the future offices or locations which may come into existence or may get acquired henceforth / any-time in future. Due to busine ss requirements or other exigencies, you may be required to work from home at the Company’s sole discretion; the Company hereby reserves the absolute right to call you back to work at any of its offices, as and when required. It is a condition to your employment that you comply with any such requirements / instructions of the Company without any protest or demur. The transfer will not deem to constitute a change in your conditions of service. The Company will not be responsible for any of your acts leading to any action against you as per the law of the country or state you have been deputed, transferred to or working from.
