Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law. 11.1 The SUPPLIER AGREEMENT, including the present Xx­ xxxxx Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery, shall be sub­ ject to the laws of Austria. Place of jurisdiction shall be the SUPPLIER's domicile. The SUPPLIER shall have the right to take legal action against the BUYER at its place of business.
