PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through their authorized signatories at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other placePlace, which as may be mutually agreed between decided by the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the AllotteePromoter, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarAdditional District Sub- Registrar/ District Sub Registrar as the case may be. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERVendor-Cum- Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer and the Allottee, Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, office or at some other place, places which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in at Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office any of the concerned jurisdiction of the Sub-Registrar. Registrar at Cossipore, Dum Dum and Additional Registrar of Assurances at Kolkata, Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Vendor through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Owner/Vendor's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Vendor and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Vendor or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement Agreement, the same shall be registered at the office of the concerned Registrar/ Sub-RegistrarRegistrar having jurisdiction. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the Allottee’, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution execution, the said Agreement shall be registered at the office Office of the concerned Additional District Sub-Registrar,Rajarhat or any other competent Registry office. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarSub- Registrar at A.D.S.R. Bidhannagar, Salt lake, Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory, at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s OfficePromoter’ office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the AllotteeAllottee(s), in Burdwan and / or Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottee(s) and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarSub Registrar at Burdwan / R.A. Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Burdwan / Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER / Promoter on its own or through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Owner / Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner / Promoter and the AllotteeAllottee / Purchaser, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee / Purchaser and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER / Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar, concerned District Registrar or Registrar of Assurances. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Additional Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at the office of Kolkata/District Sub-Registrar at the office of Sodepur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER VENDORS/LANDOWNERS/DEVELOPER, through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the AllotteePURCHASER/S, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee PURCHASER/S and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER VENDORS/LANDOWNERS/DEVELOPER, or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarARA Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory, at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata 30 days after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned District Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Alipore or Registrar of Assurances at Kolkata or any other Registering Authority having jurisdiction over the SCHEDULE – A premises. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon after its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner, through their its authorized signatories signatory (at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Officeoffice of the Owner, or at some other place, place in Kolkata within the same jurisdiction where the office of the Owner and/or the Said Premises is situate) which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner and the Allottee) and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered registration thereof at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence Registering Authority, and hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoters through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERCo-Owner/Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Co-Owner/Developer and the Allottee, Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Co-Owner/Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & Allottee and the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through their authorized signatories signatory and/or constituted attorney of CGEWHO at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Office, or Office of the CGEWHO at Kolkata and/or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed upon between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER CGEWHO and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and simultaneously after execution of the Owner & Agreement the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement same shall have to be registered presented for registration at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence Registrar and/or District Sub- Registrar and/or Additional Registrar of Assurances at Kolkata, hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Promoter through their authorized its authorised signatories at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Office, Owner/Promoter's Office or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Promoter simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata Kolkata, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at- at Behala, District Registrar at Alipore or the Registrar of Assurances,Kolkata (specify the address of the Sub-Registrar). Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & Landowner and the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through Promoterthrough them or their authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the Allottee, Office in Kolkata after Kolkata. After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER parties or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrarregistering authority at the office of the Registrar of Assurances at Kolkata or ADSR Sealdah or District Sub Registrar at Alipore or at the office/designated place of the Promoter in case of commissioning, as decided by the Promoter. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Registrar of Assurances -1; Xxxxxxx(0, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx-000000). Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER / Promoter on its own or through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Owner / Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner / Promoter and the AllotteeAllottee / Purchaser, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee / Purchaser and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER / Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement which shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Aliore, 24 Parganas (South), Kolkata – 27 at the option of the Allottee(s)at his/her costs. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the AllotteeAllottees, in Kolkata after 157/2A, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx – 000000. After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata (Additional Registrar of Assurances Kolkata). Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Additional Registrar of Assurances Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their authorized signatories its authoriz ed signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, Office or at some other placePlace as may be decided by the Promoter , which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously Promoter or simultan eously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarAdditional District Sub- Registrar / District Sub Registrar as the case may be . Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter/Developer through their its authorized signatories signatory, at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter/Developer’s Officeoffice, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter/Developer and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter/Developer or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Additional District Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Domjur or any other concerned registration offices having jurisdiction therefor. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned SubA.D.S.R. Garia or D.S.R-RegistrarIV, Alipore or A.R.A.- I, Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum- Developer through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERVendor-Cum-Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer and the Allottee, Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata or at the site of “PANTHANIWAS DOOARS” after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Mal or at the Registry of Assurance in Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Mal or Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPEROwner’s/Promoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Additional District Sub-Register Cossipore Dumdum & Additional Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through their Promoter/Owner/Developer though its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter/Owner/Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter/Owner/Developer and the Allottee/s, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottee/s and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter/Owner/Developer or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Transferor/Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Transferor/Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Transferor/Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Transferor/Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarAdditional Registrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor- Cum-Developer through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERVendor-Cum-Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer and the Allottee, Allottee in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Vendor-Cum-Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by all the Owner & parties namely the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Lessor, the Sub-Lessor/Promoter through their authorized signatories at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERSub-Lessor/Promoter’s Office, Office or at some other place, which designated Place in Kolkata as may be mutually agreed between decided by the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the Allottee, in Kolkata after Sub-Lessor/Promoter. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Vendor/Promoter through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, or at some other placePlace, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Vendor/Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owner/Vendor/Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Registrar/Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Owner & Owners/Promoters for self and on behalf of the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER other Co-Owners, through their its authorized signatories signatory at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owners/Promoters and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Owners/Promoters or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & Allottee and the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through their authorized signatories signatory and/or constituted attorney of CGEWHO at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Office, or Office of the CGEWHO at Kolkata and/or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed upon between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER CGEWHO and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and simultaneously after execution of the Owner & Agreement the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement same shall have to be registered presented for registration at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence Registrar and/or District Sub-Registrar and/or Additional Registrar of Assurances at Kolkata, hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Owner & Owners and the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter through their respective authorized signatories at the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPERPromoter’s Office, Office or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter and the Allottee, Allottee in Kolkata after Kolkata. After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottee, the Owners and the Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER Promoter or simultaneously with the execution execution, the said Agreement shall be registered at the registration office of having jurisdiction to register the concerned Sub-Registrarsame. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence Hence, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.
