Common use of Place of Business Clause in Contracts

Place of Business. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Transferor are located at the address of the Transferor indicated in Section 11.3 hereof and the offices where the Transferor keeps all its Records, are located at the address(es) described on Exhibit I or such other locations notified to the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.8 hereof in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 2.8 hereof has been taken and completed.

Place of Business. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Transferor are located at the address of the Transferor indicated in Section 11.3 hereof and the offices where the Transferor keeps all its Records, are located at the address(es) described on Exhibit I or such other locations notified to the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.8 hereof in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 2.8 hereof has been taken and completedhereof.
