PIV Cards. The contractor shall be responsible for all PIV Cards or other government identification cards issued to the contractor's employees and shall immediately notify the COTR if any PIV Card(s) cannot be accounted for. The contractor shall notify the COTR immediately whenever any contractor employee no longer has a need for his/her judiciary-issued PIV Card (e.g., employee terminates employment with the contractor, employee's duties no longer require access to judiciary facilities). The COTR will instruct the contractor as to how to return the PIV Card. Upon expiration of this contract, the COTR will instruct the contractor as to how to return all judiciary-issued PIV Cards not previously returned. The contractor shall not return PIV Cards to any person other than the individual(s) named by the COTR.

PIV Cards. (1) HUD will issue a PIV Card to each contractor employee who is to be given access to HUD systems and does not already possess a PIV Card acceptable to HUD (see paragraph (b) of this clause). HUD will not issue the PIV Card until the con- tractor employee has (1) successfully cleared an FBI National Criminal History Finger- print Check, (2) HUD has initiated the back- ground investigation for the contractor em- ployee, and (3) a Security Approval Notice from HUD PSD via PSDContractorIn- xxx@xxx.xxx has been received. Initiation is defined to mean that all background infor- mation required in paragraph (d)(1) of this clause has been delivered to HUD. The em- ployee may not be given access prior to those three events. HUD may issue a PIV Card and grant access pending the comple- tion of the background investigation. HUD will revoke the PIV Card and the employee’s access if the background investigation proc- ess for the employee, including adjudication of the investigation results, has not been completed within 6 months after the issuance of the PIV Card.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept MasterCard cards located within FLORA shopping mall(s). It is designed for use only within this limited network of shops and retail locations where You are physically present. Like any payment card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – please check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if You are unsure.

  • ATM Card If approved, you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, Instant Cash, and Cirrus® networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at POS terminals that carry Instant Cash, and Cirrus® network logo(s). - Access your Overdraft Protection account. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

  • Branding 12.1. CLEC shall provide the exclusive interface to CLEC subscribers, except as CLEC shall otherwise specify for the reporting of trouble or other matters identified by CLEC for which Sprint may directly communicate with CLEC subscribers. In those instances where CLEC requests that Sprint personnel interface with CLEC subscribers, such Sprint personnel shall inform the CLEC subscribers that they are representing CLEC, or such brand as CLEC may specify.

  • Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
