Pilot Certificate. The Customer must hold a valid and current pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for the aircraft being rented and for the flight, and the Customer shall be Pilot-In-Command of the aircraft rented from Aerowood Aviation. The Customer will be responsible for the aircraft and will maintain operational control of the aircraft during the rental.

Pilot Certificate. Renter must hold a valid and current pilot certificate with appropriate ratings. The person named on the rental contract shall be the pilot in command. The Renter will fly the aircraft from the left seat, and he/she will be responsible for the aircraft and its operation at all times. Currency – Renter must possess evidence of a current biennial flight review, medical certificate, and aircraft checkout by a pilot designated by the Operator. Preflight – Renter will personally conduct a preflight inspection of the aircraft as prescribed by the manufacturer. Renter shall use the manufacturers recommended pre-takeoff, cruise and pre-landing checklists. Weather – Renter shall plan to operate the aircraft only when the present and forecasted weather indicates VFR conditions local and end route (ceiling of at least 3,000 feet and visibility 5 miles or greater) unless Renter is instrument rated, current for IFR and specifically approved by the Operator for IFR flight. Take-off and landing area – No take-off or landing shall be made on any area other than the runways of an airport designed, constructed, maintained, and used as an airport with PAVED runways of no less than 2,000 feet. Physical conditions – Renter shall not operate the aircraft for a period of at least 12 hours after using intoxicating substances such as liquor, tranquilizers or sleeping aids. The Renter has received, reviewed, understands and will comply with the Destin Flight Works Standard Operating Procedures The Renter will comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
Pilot Certificate. A certificate issued to a pilot by the FAA, which specifies the privileges, ratings and limitations given to the pilot by the FAA.
Pilot Certificate. Renter must hold a valid FAA pilot certificate with appropriate ratings and a current medical certificate. The person named on the rental contract as “Renter” shall be the pilot in command.

  • Lost Certificates If any Certificate shall have been lost, stolen or destroyed, upon the making of an affidavit of that fact by the person claiming such Certificate to be lost, stolen or destroyed and, if required by Parent, the posting by such person of a bond in such reasonable amount as Parent may direct as indemnity against any claim that may be made against it with respect to such Certificate, the Paying Agent shall deliver in exchange for such lost, stolen or destroyed Certificate the applicable Merger Consideration with respect thereto.

  • Cost Certification Redeveloper shall submit authentic documentation to the City on approved forms or format for payment of any expenses related to construction of the eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. Redeveloper shall timely submit receipts, invoices, or proof of payment concurrently with the request for reimbursement of eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. The City shall approve or reject the request for reimbursement with reasons stated, based on the review within ten (10) business days of receipt of the same.   • Provisional Certificate 14.3.1 The Independent Engineer may, at the request of the Concessionaire, issue a provisional certificate of completion substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-J (the "Provisional Certificate") if the Tests are successful and the Bus Terminal can be safely and reliably placed in commercial operation though certain works or things forming part thereof are outstanding and not yet complete.
