Picnic Areas. Four areas of approximately 100m2 each are to be provided with shelter, paving, tables and seats, landscaping and potable water, in the locations shown on the Development Plan.

Picnic Areas. (1) The picnic tables in the picnic area are inaccessible to persons who use wheel chairs. Provide an eating surface that can be used by persons who use wheelchairs. Standards §§ 4.1.3(18), 4.32.2, 4.32.3, 4.32.4.
Picnic Areas. The picnic tables are inaccessible. Provide at least one picnic table on an accessible route such that there is knee space at the table at least 27 inches high, 30 inches wide, and 19 inches deep, and such that the height of the top of the table is between 28 inches and 34 inches above the ground. Standards §§ 4.32.3, 4.32.4.
Picnic Areas. Perform the following work each Monday and Thursday or as directed within the designated picnic areas: • Clean tables, benches, concrete pads, arbors, barbecue pits, fire boxes, and other outdoor appurtenances. • Clean soiled or stained items with an approved cleaner or disinfectant. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not apply disinfectant to tables or benches unless surfaces can be rinsed immediately. (Note: There is no water at the sites.) • Remove spider webs, wasp nests, etc. • Clean slabs, walks, and driveways. • Keep sidewalks and grounds free of litter, including, but not limited to, trash, garbage, scrap metals, paper, wood, plastic, glass products, animal remains, rubber products, tree limbs, and large bulky items. • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean trash receptacles periodically as directed. Dispose of collected trash off the right of way in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Picnic Areas. By the cycle. A cycle is defined as the satisfactory completion of janitorial maintenance in all designated areas.
Picnic Areas. Operator shall not use group picnic areas or any other rentable space without making reservations and payment of those ancillary services.

  • Restricted Areas All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment.   • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. These areas are: • Capital District • Xxxxxx • Millwood • Xxxxxxxxx • Con Ed • Long Island

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
