Physician Incentive Plans. In the event Provider enters into an agreement with any individual physician or physician group related to the performance of Provider’s duties under this Exhibit B that includes a physician incentive plan as defined in 42 C.F.R. §422.208, Provider agrees that such physician incentive plan shall comply with the rules and regulations set forth under the Medicare Advantage Program and agrees to the following:
