Physical Therapists. The department-wide physical therapist average caseload ratio will be one (1) physical therapist to forty (40) students (1:40). Individual caseloads may vary above or below these ratios.

Physical Therapists. SCHEDULE 4.27 hereto contains a true, accurate and complete list of all of the physical therapists employed or otherwise retained to private services on behalf of Seller ("Seller's Physical Therapists"). Each of Seller's Physical Therapists is duly licensed to engage in the practice of physical therapy in the State of Florida. The Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice has never placed any of Seller's Physical Therapists on probation, it has never denied a license to any of Seller's Physical Therapists nor has it ever limited, suspended or revoked any of their licenses, nor, to the best of Seller's knowledge do there exist any facts which could provide a basis for the taking of any such action.
Physical Therapists. Space: 12'x14' space (such as those at Breidablik and Wolfle) are the minimum working space for one therapist. A 12'x 18' space would be ideal. Recommended Standards: • Ceiling mounted suspension hook in the therapy room with a minimum of 12'x12' floor space beneath. • Unbreakable wall mounted mirror 2'x4' • Locking storage cabinet - minimum storage space of 4'x6'x3' • Flexible storage arrangement for larger equipment that are used regularly • Wall hooks for equipment such as swings Necessary Supplies and Equipment: • Locking file cabinet - 2 drawer minimum for small caseloads, 4 drawer optimal • Teacher's desk or table and chair • Phone • Computer with network access • Printer • Adjustable height therapy table (2'x3') for proper seating with a variety of chairs ISP/Functional Academics Classroom Autism population space: A classroom in the main building large enough to accommodate a class size of ten. A standard sized classroom works well to allow part of the classroom to be used as office space. Recommended Standards: • Sink • Bathroom Functional Academics Space: Large enough to accommodate 15 or more students for at least 3 sets of wheelchairs, standers, side- lyers, walkers (Elementary). Room large enough for 23 people (Secondary).
Physical Therapists. Two (2) hours of the individual’s professional rate of pay for each case 15 above 24 per month
Physical Therapists. The plan shall be based on an analysis and ongoing development of the activities for which the special education professionals are responsible and shall encompass, but need not be limited to:
