Safety of Storage Facility and Hazardous Materials The Storage Operator shall ensure that the Storage Facility conforms to Local Requirements relating to fire safety and natural disasters; and The Storage Operator shall not permit Hazardous Materials to be stored in the Storage Facility (except pursuant to a specific authorisation from the relevant government authority and in accordance with the conditions of such authorisation) and shall maintain adequate systems for the detection of Hazardous Materials.
