Common use of Physical Plant Clause in Contracts

Physical Plant. When management determines that there is a need for overtime work, overtime hours will be offered to FMS employees on a rotating basis based on seniority which is defined as Agency time in classification. Management will offer overtime work to the most senior employee on the list first. If this employee turns down the overtime opportunity, management will put that employees name at the bottom of the list and the person who is next on the list will be called. Ties in seniority will be determined by a double blind lottery system as described in Article 44, Section 3d.
