PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. The City shall reimburse the members 50%, or $20.00 per month, whichever is less, for membership to a health club in Flora, for physical fitness training so long as the employee utilizes the membership at least eight (8) days in the month. Reimbursement shall be made to the employee upon presentation of a paid receipt from the health club indicating payment being made by the employee for the monthly membership, and that the employee attended the health club a minimum of eight (8) days during the month.

PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. 2.5.4 Where a structured physical fitness programme exists or is developed, one hour shall be provided on each shift Monday through Sunday. Physical fitness programmes will not be scheduled between the hours of 2300-0700.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. 35.01 All bargaining unit members will be required to participate in annual physical agility testing. The testing will be done as a training module on the member’s shift. Each bargaining unit member shall receive a copy of the Physical Agility Program.

  • Physical Fitness New Employees. New employees are required to file a medical examination report with the Director of Health Services before reporting for duty in the Des Moines schools. The employee must pay the cost of this examination given by a physician of his/her choice and reported on the form provided by the Employer.

  • Physical Fitness Program 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.

  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions. When the Employer identifies a cross training opportunity the Employer shall provide each regular employee written notification of the cross training opportunity in following with 6.02(a). The Employer undertakes to cross train employees on the basis of seniority and the ability to do the job within a reasonable period of time.

  • MEDICAL FITNESS 12:01 The Employer may require an employee to have a psychiatric examination and/or a physical examination by a duly qualified medical practitioner acceptable to the Employer.
