Physical Examination - All Employees. After recommendation for employment but before employment commences, candidates for employment may be required to take and pass such physical and mental examinations as may be prescribed by the District. Results of such examinations shall be reported on forms provided by the school district, or forms acceptable to the school district, and shall be filed in the Office of Human Resources. All examinations shall be at the sole cost and expense of the candidate.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.
