Physical Documents. All physical documents, including final framework rubric, artifacts, teacher’s written comments, if applicable, and above forms, shall be moved to the teacher’s personnel file at the end of the school year.

Physical Documents. A minimum of two copies of the draft technical report will be submitted for review and approval to the SHPO and BOEM no later than six (6) months from the completion of fieldwork. SHPO may submit the report to outside reviewers for peer review. If the SHPO elects to utilize this option, additional report copies may be requested. If revisions of the draft report are recommended, the USACE will ensure that these are addressed in the final report. The final report will be submitted within three (3) months of receipt of all agency and peer review comments. The USACE shall also provide the City or any Concurring Party a copy of any final report (in hard copy or .pdf format, as requested) if so requested by that party. Physical Documents. The USACE shall provide the SHPO two (2) copies, one (1) hard copy comb-bound on acid-free paper and one (1) in Adobe (R) Portable Document Format (.pdf) on compact disk of all final reports prepared pursuant to this Agreement. The USACE shall also provide the other consulting parties all final reports in a format of their choosing.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION Each environmental service provided by the Engineer shall have a deliverable. Deliverables shall summarize the methods used for the environmental services, and shall summarize the results achieved. The summary of results shall be sufficiently detailed to provide satisfactory basis for thorough review by the State, The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and (where applicable) agencies with regulatory oversight. All deliverables shall meet regulatory requirements for legal sufficiency, and shall adhere to the requirements for reports enumerated in the State’s NEPA MOU.
