Common use of Physical Distancing Clause in Contracts

Physical Distancing. Capacity for students and staff in any facility and/or classroom shall be 19 limited by physical distancing requirements of at least six feet between all students and staff. It 20 is understood that this may limit the number of students in a classroom or facility at any given 21 time and may require alternative scheduling as described in section II.
