Photography and Videography. Photos and videos that include children are only allowed to be taken upon approval by the Board, by a designated person, and used for purposes approved by the Board. Parents will be given an opportunity to opt out.

We are happy to schedule a date before or after your event with access to the Sanctuary or IPBM for photography and videography. FLOWERS, BALLOONS, & DECORATIONS: Decorations may not be attached to the walls, ceiling or furnishings, or wallboards. As safety is of the utmost importance, we ask that you do not block doorways or hallways. The maintaining and cleanliness of the building is a major concern, and we ask that confetti, glitter, loose small candies (e.g. M & M’s) not be used as part of the decorations, and caterers are responsible for the removal of these items. Candle arrangements are not permitted in the Sanctuary other than the use of Havdalah candles on Saturday evening.
Photography and Videography. The right to permit photography and videography at the Exhibition and all other image rights belong to the organizer and Management Office. This shall not apply to photography and videography inside the Exhibitor’s booth.

Lodging: Always and Forever Events LLC will research lodging arrangements on behalf of the clients and present all viable options to the clients to make the final decision. Always and Forever Events LLC will also be responsible for arranging proper lodging accommodations if service is required in paragraph 13. Event Coordination: Always and Forever Events LLC will be responsible for making your day run smoothly! Always and Forever Events LLC will be responsible for making sure other service providers know where and when to set-up and to fix any errors as they arise. *Note: Venues and services booked by Always and Forever Events LLC may require separate contract terms other than those specified in this contract. Always and Forever Events LLC may enter into contracts on behalf of the clients. The clients will be responsible for these terms and conditions.
