Photography and Filming. 87.1 Guests are welcome to take photographs and recordings within the centre, providing they are for private use, and not for any commercial purpose. Guests with GoPro (or similar) body mounted cameras may use them on various areas, providing they have sought approval of the device from a Rabbit Hole team member.

You consent to us (or any other person attending the event) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the event with you without any fee payable to you. Any lessee renting facilities for the purpose of filming or photographing must execute a Motion Picture, Film and Photography addendum that will become a part of this agreement. CARE OF FACILITIES - All facilities, grounds, and equipment must be returned in as good condition as when rented. Lessee agrees to pay all costs for repair or replacement of damaged facilities, grounds or equipment. Failure of lessee to maintain premises or equipment in acceptable condition or to correct unacceptable conditions within 7 days after notice will result in termination of the lease agreement and such other action as may be deemed appropriate. A field maintenance fee will be charged for use of stadium and playing fields. The fee will vary from school to school depending upon degree of usage.

Except for the Leased Premises or the exterior of the Lodge, Lessee may not use or depict the Department of Veterans Affairs, the National Cemetery Administration, XXXXX National Cemetery, or the grounds of XXXX National Cemetery in any of Lessee’s written, printed, or video marketing materials, except for providing the physical address of or driving directions to the Leased Premises, or parking locations. Lessee may use images of the Leased Premises or exterior of the Lodge in marketing materials, provided cemetery headstones, xxxxxx, or other markers are not visible. Incidental and distant shots of the cemetery that may appear visible in the background through reflection in windows are permissible and do not require prior NCA consent only if names or other identifying information are not visible.
Photography and Filming. 11.1 Circomedia reserves the right to photograph and film the Event for its own promotional purposes (including social media use). In order to maintain a record of Events delivered within the Venue, Circomedia also requests that the Hirer makes a selection of images available to Circomedia for Circomedia's own records and use. Any images used for publicity will be credited by the photographer.
