PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. Resident consents to Owner’s use of photographs and/or video images of the Resident and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar communities owned or operated by Owner. Owner may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. Resident consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against Owner for use of such images.

You consent to our use of photographs and/or video images of you and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Apartment Community, for the purpose of advertising the Apartment Community or other similar communities owned or operated by us. We may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. You consent to the publication of these images and waive any claims against us for use of such images. Commercial photography and filming are prohibited within the Apartment Community. Lawful photography and filming for personal use is permitted with prior permission; however, no Apartment Community name, logos or trademarks may be visible.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. Some of the information in the attached tables includes photographs and videos of you. We assure you that we take very seriously the issue of potential misuse of photographs and videos of our pupils, and have the following measures in place: the school provides a camera for staff to use if they wish to take any photographs of trips, sporting events or any other school activity; the camera will be securely locked away by the office staff and will be signed in and out by staff; photographs will be deleted from the camera as soon as they have been stored in a secure, password protected file on the school’s server. When taking photographs staff must be clear about the purpose of the activity and about what will happen to the photographs when the lesson or activity is concluded; ensure pupils are dressed appropriately; ensure that a senior member of staff is aware that the photography/image equipment is being used and for what purpose; ensure that all images are available for scrutiny in order to screen for acceptability; be able to justify images of pupils in their possession; under no circumstances will photographs be taken in one to one situations. We may provide photographs and videos to the media or be visited by the media who will take videos and photographs. When these have been submitted to or taken by the media we have no control over the future use of this media.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. I understand and agree that photographs, audio recordings and videos are periodically taken of participants in the Program, and that the Sponsors may use my or my child/xxxx’x photograph, name and likeness and performance in a video presentation in all media and formats. For valuable consideration, which is hereby acknowledged, I irrevocably transfer any rights or interests that I or my xxxx/child have or may have to such photographs, videos, or parts thereof (collectively the “Images”), to Xxxxx. I waive any privacy and publicity interests that I or my child/xxxx may have in such Images. I understand that Xxxxx may use, or not use, the Images at its discretion, for any lawful purpose.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. The Company may photograph or videotape its own promotional events and materials at its own stand space at its own discretion but subject to all applicable laws, in particular but not limited to any and all personal data protection regulations. All other photography and videotaping is strictly prohibited. The Company shall ensure that their staff members, agents, sub- contractors as well as any Participants are informed about and do not object to their image being used for these purposes. Any photography or videotaping outside of your stand space must be performed by the Sibos Exhibitors Media Services. The Organiser, the official show photographer and accredited Press are exempted from this rule. In accordance with the Sibos Registration Policy, Swift reserves the right to photograph and videotape all Sibos events and participants and to use such photographs and videos in any internal and external communication referring to Sibos or to Swift services and products, such as on its websites and intranet, in the Sibos Insider, Sibos Programme, Sibos Online, Sibos tools, Wrap-up reports and in its annual reports as well as on social media channels such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), SmugMug, Instagram or YouTube.

I understand that the Sponsors and Park District may create photographic images or other audio/visual recordings of myself and my child in connection with the Program, and agree to the following with regard to such images: FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, which is hereby acknowledged and received, I grant Sponsors and Park District and any person receiving permission from the foregoing the right and license, to reproduce and publish any image or audio/visual recordings in any media now known or later developed of me and my child made by the Sponsors and Park District in connection with the Program, and, at the institutions’ discretion, to share these images with others for educational purposes and in order to promote this Program, similar programs, or the Sponsors and Park District. I waive any privacy and publicity interests which I or my child may have in such photographs, images and recordings, and any right or interest in royalties, benefits, proceeds, or other compensation derived therefrom. I AGREE the Sponsors and Park District are the sole owners of all rights in the negatives, photographs, recordings, prints, and all other items bearing my photograph, name, likeness or performance made by the Sponsors and Park District in connection with the Program, including full domestic and foreign copyrights therein. The Sponsors and Park District have the exclusive right to make such use of the such images, including, but not limited to, the right to perform, display, alter, reproduce, and distribute in any media now know and later developed, and the right to create, perform, display, and reproduce derivative works thereof. I HEREBY release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Sponsors and Park District, from any liability or claimed liability in connection with the aforementioned use of my or my child’s or xxxx’x photograph, name, likeness, or performance. THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE is irrevocable and intended to be of perpetual duration.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. On occasion, Participate Australia staff may take photos or videos of Participants during activities. These images may be used for marketing and promotional material. Our Privacy Policy, see section 2.11, guarantees that no images will be made available to a third party for any further public distribution without your explicit consent. At the end of this Agreement in Appendix I, you can indicate whether or not you consent to your photograph being taken and used for promotional purposes in Participate Australia brochures and publications (hard copy and digital), Participate Australia websites and social media platforms. Please note that Participate Australia cannot take responsibility for any pictures taken by other participants and posted by them on social media. Conversely, if you give consent as outlined above, Participate Australia cannot control the further use of such images posted on social media by Participate Australia.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. By applying for this event, registrants understand that the University may take photographs and/or videos of event participants and activities. Registrants agree that the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater shall be the owner of and may use such photographs and/or videos relating to the promotion of future events. Registrants relinquish all rights that may claim in relation to use of said media. Any shared with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on social media or use of its hashtags grants use of those media for any purpose.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS. The parent/guardian gives permission for StageAbility to use images of the student in publicity materials. Should the parent/guardian wish the student to be excluded from publicity materials then this must be put in writing to StageAbility.
