Philanthropic Gifts. Any funds received by a Party through philanthropic gifts, grants, or donations from individuals or nongovernmental organizations shall be the sole property of the Party that received them. Operator may, with prior approval of IPS, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, erect signage in honor of or tribute to donors. The Parties may agree in writing to engage in joint fundraising efforts and shall allocate any funds raised through such efforts in the manner set forth in such written agreement.

Operator shall remain entitled to directly receive all grant funding specific to Charter Schools for which IPS is not eligible, including but not limited to facility funding and charter school grants, and the application for, acceptance of, and use of such grants shall be at the sole discretion of Operator.
