Phased Closing Sample Clauses

Phased Closing. The Parties acknowledge that the Closing of the Conveyances shall occur in multiple phases consisting of one or more lots as shown on the Phasing Plan. As of the Date of Agreement, the Parties anticipate that the Closings shall occur as set forth in the Project Closing Schedule. However, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the Phasing Plan and the Projected Closing Schedule is subject to change as set forth in this Agreement and that each Lot may be conveyed as a separate Conveyance or combined with the conveyance of multiple Lots.
