Phase 3. Phase 3 is expected to widely permit non-Member Nodes, provided such Nodes comply with the General Node Terms.

Selected Program fintechs enter the Main Program Curriculum The Selection Jury may select startups on the basis of the following qualitative criteria: ● the Candidates' Product/Solution relevancy to the defined market challenges ● the Product/Solution market novelty ● the teams’ entrepreneurial spirit ● there is a founder who will be in charge for driving the potential engagements with Visa/Visa Clients The selected Program fintechs shall be granted the opportunity to participate in the Program sessions and Design Sprints in order to enhance, improve or modify their product/solution to address the defined market challenges. The decision of the Selection Jury shall be deemed final. By being selected by the Selection Jury and upon agreement to participate in the Program, each Program fintech shall make his team physically/online available to participate in the Program’s Sessions and Design Sprints. By entering the Program the selected Program fintechs should sign an NDA with the Organizer and comply with its constitutes.
Phase 3. Xxxxxx Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxxxxx shall manufacture OPTISON subject to the limitations in SECTIONS 2.03(c)(1), (c)(2), (d) AND 2.05.
Phase 3. Phase 3a consists of construction of the Maritime Village building consisting of 66 units and 21,000 square feet of commercial. Reconstruct Black Point Road and construct new access road to WDFW boat launch. Phase 3b consists of construction of the Golf Terraces 2, 3, and 4 (330 units), construction of Sea View Villas (14 units) and Golf Vistas (16 units). Complete utility district for the resort.
Phase 3. Experts Evaluation Proposals will be evaluated by 3 experts and confidential evaluators with wide expertise in Robotics. The experts will be selected from the ‘Experts Panel Committee’, accordingly with the specific characteristics of the project. The proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: Excellence. Impact. Implementation.
Phase 3. If phases 1 and 2 have been completed and a new temporary employment contract is entered into after an interval of 26 weeks or longer, phase 1 will start anew. If phases 1 and 2 have been completed and the activities are continued or a new temporary employment contract is entered into within 26 weeks, the temporary worker will be deemed to be in phase 3.
Phase 3. The Contracting Authority’s test and approval of the solution Before the Contracting Authority’s test starts, the Partner must have sent notice as indicated in the last sentence of clause 2.3. The Contracting Authority will set out a plan for the testing of the solution. The Partner will provide any test plans and other test materials that they have prepared for use in their own testing for the disposal of the Contracting Authority, so that the Contracting Authority can use them in the planning and implementation of their test. The Contracting Authority’s and the Partner’s tasks and duties for the Contracting Authority’s test of the solution are stated in Appendix 5. The same applies to error definitions and criteria for accepting the solution.
