Petition to Change Seniority List. 32 Employees shall have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the posted Annual 33 Seniority List to petition for corrections. In the event of a second list due to a RIF 34 situation, employees shall have seven (7) calendar days to petition for corrections. 35 Petitions must be made in writing to the Human Resources Office. If petitions change 36 any information on the Seniority List, then the District shall publish a revised and final 37 list.

OGS reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this Report of Contract Purchases document. Appendix F Appendix F, Project Based Information Technology Consulting Services Processes and Forms, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. OGS reserves the right to change the processes and forms set forth Appendix F in non-material and substantive ways without seeking a contract amendment. Appendix F is comprised of the following attachments:

  • School-Initiated Closure Should the School choose to voluntarily surrender this Contract before the end of the Contract term, it may do so in consultation with the Commission at the close of any school year and upon written notice to the Commission given at least ninety (90) days before the end of the school year.
